The accident caused to Southwest 1248 had been because of different categories of human and technological errors. The technological errors had been caused because of the judgmental errors of the first officer. There had also been climatic problems for which there had to be evasive action taken. However, the first officer did not have enough experience or idea about the way in which Southwest 1248 would get out of control of the first officer and the pilot. There had also been organizational errors in the way in which incomplete/partial training had been provided to the aviation safety managers.
